Parking Lot & Arrival Info

PARKING INFO:

BOX OFFICE at MOUNTAIN VILLAGE SALOON

The Box Office for the 2017 Sawtooth Valley Gathering will be located at the
Mountain Village Saloon in Stanley, Idaho. Please bring your I.D. to the counter
to receive your festival wristbands and parking passes. SVG tickets will be
available while supplies last. Attendees must have all of their credentials before
using the Mountain Mammas parking lot or heading up to Sawtooth Valley
Pioneer Park.

The Box Office will be open on:
– Thursday, 7/27 from 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
– Friday,7/28 from 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
– Saturday, 7/29 from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM

PARKING INFO

Mountain Mammas Parking Lot (MMPL)
Please pick-up all passes from the Mountain Village Saloon Box Office before traveling to the
festival grounds or parking lots. A limited number of parking spaces will be available at the
off-site, Mountain Mammas Parking Lot (MMPL), which is located .5 miles from the Sawtooth
Valley Pioneer Park (SVPP) campsite. The use of the MMPL is included with the tent camping
option. ​ No glass containers of any kind will be allowed on school property. ​ A limited number
of parking spaces will be available for non-campers for $10 per day. The $10 fee will cover
your daily parking and shuttle service for everyone in the vehicle. A portion of the proceeds
generated from the sale of parking/shuttle rides to non-campers will be donated to the
Stanley School Parents Association. Re-entry is subject to availability and another $10 fee.
No illegal drug consumption will be tolerated. No glass containers of any kind will be allowed.
All vehicles must vacate the Stanley School by 12 noon on Sunday, 7/30.

Arrival Instructions for Mountain Mamas Parking Lot
Please pick-up all passes from the Mountain Village Saloon Box Office before traveling to the
festival grounds or parking lots. ​The SVPP campsite will be open to the public at 5 PM on
Thursday, 7/27. Tent campers that arrive on Thursday will be able to take advantage of the
“drop off” located at the mouth of the SVPP campsite to unload their gear. After doing so,
tent campers will drop their vehicle off at the MMPL before returning to set up camp. Tent
campers that arrive on Friday and Saturday will begin at the Mountain Village Saloon Box
Office to grab their passes before heading over to MMPL, where they will park, load their gear
on the shuttle bus, and take the short (.5 mile) ride up to the SVPP campsite to unload and set
up camp. Tent, Vehicle, and RV campers will be able to ride the shuttle to and from
downtown Stanley during festival hours. MMPL must be vacated by 12 noon on Sunday 7/30.

STANLEY SCHOOL PARKING LOT
Please pick-up all passes from the Mountain Village Saloon Box Office before traveling to the
festival grounds or parking lots. ​ Parking at the Stanley School is not included with any of
the camping options. The Stanley School is available to attendees on a first come, first serve
basis for a fee of $15 per day. All proceeds generated from the sale of parking at the Stanley
School will be donated to the Challis Unified School District. Absolutely zero alcohol or
illegal drug consumption will be tolerated on Stanley School property. No trailers or RVs will
be allowed on school property. No glass containers of any kind will be allowed on school
property. Re-entry is subject to availability and another $15 fee. All vehicles must vacate the
Stanley School by 12 noon on Sunday, 7/30.

*Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park is a very rustic campsite. Camp at your own risk!

We can use your extra help each night cleaning the concert area after the music ends. Please use both the garbage containers and the recycling containers.
