CAMPING INFO:

There are a variety of camping options available for Sawtooth Valley Gathering. Tent camping (available first come, first served) is NOT included in the cost of your festival pass. All campers must have a festival pass. RV and Vehicle passes must be purchased separately.

The required number of accessible parking spaces will be calculated separately for each parking facility, not calculated based on the total number of parking spaces provided on a site. One of six (or fraction of six) accessible parking spaces, but always at least one, must be van accessible.

Accessible parking spaces must be located on the shortest accessible route of travel to an accessible facility entrance. Where buildings have multiple accessible entrances with adjacent parking, the accessible parking spaces must be dispersed and located closest to the accessible entrances.

PARK CAMPING: TENT

Park Camping: Tent pass is good for one (1) tent beginning 5 PM on Wednesday, June 19 through 12:00 PM on Monday, June 24.

For ages 18 and over.  Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a Festival Pass.

Pass valid at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park campsite on a first come, first serve basis.

Festival Pass NOT included.  Tent campers MUST purchase a Festival Pass to camp at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park. 

(1) one 10’ x 10’ Tent space per pass.  

Walk-in tent camping only.

Parking NOT included.  Paid parking available upon arrival, cash only.  A portion of the  proceeds from parking are donated to the Stanley School Parents Association and Challis Joint School District.

PARK CAMPING: VEHICLE + TENT

Park Camping: Vehicle + Tent pass is good for one (1) campsite beginning 5 PM on Wednesday, June 19 through 12:00 PM on Monday, June 24.

Ages 18+  
Festival Pass NOT included.  ALL campers MUST purchase a Festival Pass to camp at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park and Mountain Village Resort properties.

Pass valid at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park campsite on a first come, first serve basis.

Includes shuttle service to multiple locations in Stanley, Idaho.

Re-entry is permitted, but the purchaser is responsible for reserving their own space.

If the total length of the vehicle plus anything attached to it is 18’ or longer, an RV Parking Pass is required.

PARK CAMPING: RV + TICKET

Park Camping: RV + Tent (NO HOOKUPS) ticket is good for one (1) campsite beginning 5 PM on Wednesday, June 19 through 12:00 PM on Monday, June 24.

Ages 18+  

Festival Pass NOT included.  ALL campers MUST purchase a Festival Pass to camp at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park and Mountain Village Resort properties.

Pass valid at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park campsite on a first come, first serve basis.

RV Pass permits oversized vehicles (between 18 and 30 feet in length) to park at the Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park campground.  

RVs and buses will be assigned spaces based on what is available at the time of entry. 

Re-entry NOT permitted.

RV parking spaces are entitled to a 15’w x 30’l space which must include the vehicle and all tent or shade structures.

If the vehicle is longer than 30 feet, please contact us in advance for special placement.

If the combined length of both vehicles is longer than 30 feet, tow vehicles must be removed from the park after the trailer is set.  Tow vehicles will be issued a parking pass for Stanley School or Sawtooth Valley Meditation Chapel

MOUNTAIN VILLAGE RESORT’S “TOWN” CAMPSITE

Mountain Village Resort’s “Town” Campsite is 0.6 miles from the festival grounds and a shuttle service will be available to campers throughout the weekend. The “Town” Campsite opens at 5 PM on Wednesday, 6/19. Please go to the Box Office/Will Call at Mountain Village Resort to pick up your festival and parking passes.

TOWN CAMPING: TENT

Town Camping: Tent Pass is good for one (1) campsite beginning 5 PM on Wednesday, June 19 through 12:00 PM on Monday, June 24.

Ages 18+  

Festival Pass NOT included.  ALL campers MUST purchase a Festival Pass to camp at Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park and Mountain Village Resort properties.

PLEASE NOTE:

TENT SAFETY:

Cover your tent stakes with inverted plastic water bottles or any other cushioned material so people don’t cut themselves on the sharp edges.

Mark the outside of your tent with a piece of cloth so you can find your tent among the many others.

Bring a small lock to increase security of your belongings. Make sure to lock all valuables in your car.

Sawtooth Valley Gathering cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Temporary toilets and hand washing stations available.

A generator powered light tower will be onsite to increase the safety of festival goers, but you are advised to bring a headlamp and/or flashlight.

Please be courteous and take only the space you are assigned. Pack it in, pack it out.

RV passes are limited. When they sell out there will be no more available, please do not bring your RV to the Sawtooth Valley Gathering without a prior purchase of a RV Pass. There is no other over-sized parking or trailer parking available anywhere at the venue.

RENTED BOX VANS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

Fees include 2.5% City of Stanley Option Tax.

*Sawtooth Valley Pioneer Park is a very rustic campsite. Camp at your own risk!

ALL campsites must be vacated by 12 noon on Monday, 6/24.

Policies specific to this event will be announced at an appropriate time to deal with these risks once they are realized closer to the event date.
